Bookable Sign Holders

You can book out our 73 Sign Holders which are placed across Merimbula CBD.

Our Merimbula with the support of Bendigo Bank has installed over 70 A4 Perspex holders (pictured below) around town in prominent positions. The purpose of the signs is to promote events and activities that contribute to the overall benefit of our members and the community.

An important aspect of the signs is that they present a consistent an aesthetically pleasing presentation of what is on in town, for our locals and visitors. To do this we need to ensure that they are managed well and updated in accordance with our guidelines.

Our Merimbula will be responsible for looking after the signs, the placement and removal of promotional fliers and the repair or replacement of the holders. 

• OurMerimbula reserves the right to advertise the displayed event on our social media platforms, website or newsletter.

• Preference will be given to NFP organisations, events or activities that are Merimbula Centric

• You will be notified if your request is successful or not in writing. No correspondence will be entered into over the decision.

If your request is successful you will be notified when you can put up your fliers and supplied with information about how to do this.

Step 1. You must have enough A4 fliers printed to fill all the signs and install them In 1 day
Step 2. Follow the instructions to install your fliers.

Pinch the plastic cover back
Put your flier OVER THE TOP of the Our Merimbula one. Do NOT remove it
Close all the covers

Step 3. Remove your fliers within 7 days of the event being over. Failure to remove the signs in the time frame may mean you will not be able to use them again
